Jason McGinnis, CISSP

Vice President, Customer Support and Operations

Jason McGinnis is Vice President of Customer Support and Operations and is responsible for ensuring NeoNova’s services are provided with the highest level of performance, security, availability and service excellence.

Mr. McGinnis has more than 17 years of experience in operations, with a focus on customer support, IT operations and security management. Mr. McGinnis has built several operational teams from the ground up and brings extensive experience in managing 24x7 support teams, developing change management process and procedures, implementing performance programs for customer service, and developing process improvements to reduce security risk and improve operational efficiency. Prior to working for NeoNova, Mr. McGinnis worked for Perimeter Security in an operations role preceded by operations roles at IBM, American Express, and Wal-Mart.

Mr. McGinnis holds a BS in Business Management from Nova Southeastern University and a MS in Management Information Systems from Florida International University.
