Frank C. Brooks, Jr.
Frank Brooks is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for NeoNova and is responsible for all aspects of Finance and Administration.
Mr. Brooks has more than 15 years experience as a commercial and investment banker and 20 years on the operational side of finance. Mr. Brooks has held several finance roles including Group Vice President at Morgan Guaranty Trust Company/JP Morgan. He was CEO and CFO of Aapps Corporation a pioneer in digital video, CFO of Fantasma Networks, a leader in Ultra Wide Band semiconductor design, and CFO of WisChip Technologies and its successor company Micronas USA, Inc., a leader in MPEG and H.264 chip design. In addition, Mr. Brooks worked with Apple Computer, Compression Labs/AT&T, and spent six years at Interval Research, Paul Allen's think tank in Palo Alto, CA, where he helped spin out several startups. In addition to his banking and finance activities, Mr. Brooks taught accounting and finance at NYU, Columbia, and Harvard business schools.
Mr. Brooks earned his undergraduate degree at Washington & Lee University.
